The Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Impact Report Viewer Application (IRVA) for reporting years of 1992-2012 is a prototype application developed by GOH in support of LSMCE national dissemination objectives. The application allows for easy distribution, navigation, and viewing of program- and project-level impacts by grantees, policy makers, and other program stakeholders. The application automatically executes a short introductory presentation and then brings users to a map of the U.S. You can then click on different states to view a listing of Impact Reports produced by Alliances within that region, and select specific Alliance Impact Reports to view. The IRVA also includes a menu where users can select and browse additional historical documents, such as program impact data and seminal reports.
